At Purematcha, we take pride in the quality of our ceremonial grade tea. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure your matcha tin or accessory is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the 14-day return window.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to our warehouse using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seal, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
